Mix up Essential Amino Energy anytime you want a refreshing flavour boost of energy and alertness, available up to 30 servings. You can determine what’s appropriate for any situation, adding a 2-scoop serving to water for an afternoon pick-me-up or increasing the amino acid matrix to 15 grams with a 6-scoop pre-workout drink that delivers 300 mg of caffeine from green coffee and green tea extracts. The level of support is entirely up to you.
FOR PRE-WORKOUT ENERGY SUPPORT: Take 2-6 scoops 20-30 minutes before training. FOR POST-WORKOUT AMINO SUPPORT: At least 4 hours after initial pre-workout dose, take 2-4 scoops after training. DO NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 10 SCOOPS PER DAY.
