It can be absorbed easily through the small intestine into the bloodstream, which carries it around the body allowing it to attach to areas of damaged and depleted connective tissue, thus aiding the repair process.

  • General maintenance dose is 5 g (two scoops) per day mixed with a cold drink, for example water, juice, a shake or yogurt. 
  • Injury recovery dosage is minimum 15 g per day with 10 g taken last thing at night and 5 g in the morning. 
  • The product can be combined with other protein shakes or taken separately.
